Had a great experience living here a little over a year. Maintenance was friendly and I had no issues. They even noticed my AC unit wasn’t working, and replaced it while I was gone. It was like it never happened. Overall, if you can afford to live here and there are available spots I would definitely recommend it.

This place was AWESOME! I rented one of the studios for the year and it was very affordable and they made it so easy by covering all of the utilities AND having it be completely furnished!

I lived in Shamrock Village for a year until a job opportunity relocated me to another state. I wish my apartment and car port could go with me to my new city as I had a wonderful experience at Shamrock.

Shamrock is wonderful! I had a studio and ended up having to leave my lease early due to some personal reasons and Quentin was super helpful and very proactive in helping me with the process! The office and maintenance are very quick to respond to inquiries or any issues and the staff is polite and courteous. My wife and I lived in Shamrock for two years. We liked it a lot, and any issues we had were taken care of quickly. It’s definitely one of the better places to rent in BG. Only negative I can think of: turning left out of the road (toward downtown BG) can be a huge pain.

This is the best office that you can deal with among all other real state in BG. Great clean, and well maintained apartments. I spent great times living there for almost two years and a half. Thank you so much for everything!

Lived in a studio for about 20 months while in graduate school. Not a ton of space but it is a studio and the price can’t be beat. Also utilities and furnishing was included in the very fair price. Quinton, the manager also helped me out by letting me out of my lease a little early when I moved out during the Covid-19 pandemic. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, well-priced place.
